Cost of Participation

 

Participation in Access China 2012 program is complementary to WTCs and their staff members (excluding travel expenses). Each participating WTC will get a presence in the WTCA CIFIT Pavilion and access to other WTCA functions at CIFIT at no cost. Trade mission participants will be charged a fee of $300 per person to cover part of the incurred costs during CIFIT. The $300 fee includes:

 

  • Access to all WTCA functions at CIFIT
  • Access to the CIFIT exhibition and seminars and forums organized by CIFIT (limited availability for some events)
  • Meals and receptions listed in the itinerary
  • Ground transportation during CIFIT including airport group pick-up
  • Translation and inclusion of company information in WTCA CIFIT brochure

 

WTCs and trade mission participants are responsible for costs incurred during city visits.
